Had the same problem Had to uninstall and reinstall worked fine after I did that

You may have 2 icons on desktop as I do...1 to trial version that don't add balls & the downloaded disc version that works fine for me. Problem I have is no code to put on hard drive to play on laptop without disc inserted. I can't play when another family member is playing.

That is a pogo issue not an auto issue.

We purchased the lottso deluxe, installed it and everything is working fine. My question is why is it stuck at Rank 12? It says we get a new rank but it always stays at 12. We downloaded the trial version and that is the rank we were at. Anyone know what we need to do to fix it? :=
