Nope... my fried egg sandwiches have to be fried in butter, then I don't toast the bread I just spread some butter on plain ole bread, then put my eggs on them then break the yoke all over them YUMMY!

Oh yeah sometimes I have them with cheese too that is also good.

Old-Fashioned Egg Salad

1/4 c  Mayonnaise
2 ts Lemon juice
1 ts Dried minced onion
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
6    Hard-cooked eggs -- chopped
1/2 c  Finely chopped celery
Lettuce leaves or bread
   
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in eggs and celery.  Cover and
chill.  For each serving, spoon about 1/2 cup onto a lettuce leaf or spread on bread.
Serves:  3 to 4

Even better if u cook it with "spam" ...spray butter flavor in the pan and the egg flips so easy...less calories too for calorie counters.  :>>

Is also good if u put a cheese slice on the sandwich while the egg is still hot lol

2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
4 slices of toast



Toast the bread and set aside. Fry eggs and turn eggs over "sunny side up." Slide eggs onto toast.
