Shrimp Scampi

1 cup White Wine
1/2 cup unsalted Butter
3 tablespoon minced Garlic
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and devined
salt & pepper, to taste

Combine the butter, wine, garlic and shrimp in a pan.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for about 7 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
Be carefull not to overcook the Shrimp.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve.

Serves 2-4
