Here is what you need to do exactly:

Delete any program you have, reboot your computer and download from http://badgehelp.com the new version. It should say version 1.2

i have that same version sueann..i dont think any of our cannons are firing..

probably a different version of the problem some of us are having with the cannon not firing at end of game,and moving on to new game..same problem,probably all connected somehow..havent tried it yet today,so im going to see if theres any change in it yet...one good thing,the qwerty runs execeptionally good,so im flying through that one anyway..

  The problem I'm have with the auto is, when it gets to a situation where it can place a card from the free cell, and it has 2 cards, that both can be placed, it will not place either. it just sits and swaps both cards, forever . Woke up 2 days in a row, and it was doing this. So I watched it yesterday while I was awake and sure enough it just keeps doing it. Anyone else have this problem?

glitch..badgebabe is having the exact same problem..the program must be screwed up..mine is still stopping and not firing cannon..keeps bouncing the cards up and down but doing nothing..when i contacted badgehelp they said they were"working on it"

No, Mistyeyed mine isn't. I'm going to try it on a slower speed to see if that helps. Nobody else seems to be talking about this problem, so the program must be working O.K. for everyone but us (aren't we lucky). I even deleted it, rebooted and downloaded it again, but when I came home from work the cursor was just flashing between the pause button and cannon again and I my tokens had only increased by about 1500. Badgehelps site says that version 1.1 fires the cannon and uses the lifesaver now, but I'll submit a TSR and see what happens. Good luck my friend.

Hi Mistyeyed. For me to send a TSR I had to do the following. Right click start. Left click explore. Scroll down list to program files and left click. Left click on Badge help folder, and a bunch of folders pop up on the right side. Drag the bar down on the righthand side until you find TSR DAT File. Right click, window opens, left click on send to and then mail recipient. Your Email window should come up with the TSR attached, and all you have to do is type in the Email address and send. I hope this helped and didn't confuse the situation. Thanks for letting me know what you've done so far, and the results.

i did the tsr but for some reason when i go to the badgehelp folder its not showing in there...i did send badge help an e mail though and they told me to delete it,reboot and download the 1.1 version..guess its an updated one already..although the cannon will go for a few times,after awhile it starts doing the same thing that glitches says,it just stops and wont do anything..guess i have to get another e mail off to badgehelp...

6. Go to Start>Programs>BadgeHelp and open your BadgeHelp folder. You will see a file in there named TSR.Dat
Email that file to BadgeHelp@aol.com

i didnt have that problem glitches,what im having a problem with is that it will play a game through then stop,it doesnt start the next one..by the way,where do you go to,to send the tsr?
