I use the auto, but it freezes at the bottom of the screen after about 2 jackpot spins.  Really needs an update in my opinion.  Doesn't play well at all.  Hope you get the problem fixed.  But BH needs to improve this auto.

I don't know what else to tell you. I'm not sure if I told you to email BH if they would have an answer but you can give it a shot. I already asked them myself and they indicate it's an installation problem.

Go to Start>Programs>BadgeHelp and start the program from there and see what happens

Are you starting the program from the badgehelp folder or a desktop shortcut?

I deleted Flanks, rebooted, shut down absolutely everything that wasn't essential, including my anti-virus, but still got the same error.

Try turning off any unnecessary programs, windows etc that are running in the background and see if it will run.

Deleted Flanks, did a DiskScan, no errors were found, did another defrag for good measure, shut down overnight.  Came on this morning and tried again, still getting same error.

Delete the auto and then do a disk cleanup and then disk defrag.

Reboot the computer and re download the file.

What is happening is that there is a error on your hard drive and the program is saving to the same spot everytime.

This should solve your issue.
