Your welcome. :) Sometimes....who  am I kidding a lot of times pogo has issues that may prevent game play. ;)

i was finally able to advance in the game..I don't know if the rebooting helped which i thought i had done several times before
anyway..thanks for everybody help  ;)

I think had something like this happen a few days ago.  I did everything you've done with no help.  Every time I went into a game that keeps stats nothing would show it.  I would check my profile and it would say "Stats are unavailable" or something like that.  It was like this for about 5 ~ 6 hours.  The only thing I did was wait and it fixed itself.  I was about 2 seconds from posting here and email Pogo.  But I know emailing Pogo was futile.

deleted temp files ...all pogo files..ran spybot..virus scan ..ad-aware
nothing :(

oh and I am using windows 2000 professional

I have tried the trial version of mahjong cheat and played it a few times
but now when i try to play mahjong even with out the cheat my game won't advance anymore
I can finish the pattern and get to where it says how old my dragon is but then I won't get jackpot spin and my page freezes up
I have to leave that page and start over again
a friend of mine tried on her comp to play a game for me and she has no problem with it but on my comp i freeze up
it has not done this before i opened the trial cheat so I must assume it from that
is there anything i can do to get rid of any traces of the cheat program? I do mot have go back or i would use that
any suggestions would be appreciated
