Thank You!  Do I put all that info in, including the stuff in parentheses?  Also, now its asking for a domain name.  Is that www.yahoo.com in my case?

I have a program to do my mailing list and I am trying to set it up. In the instructions it's asking for my SMTP mail server and it doesn't give me any more info on what the heck that is. Can anyone help me? Where do I find this info?  I set up a yahoo email address to use for my business emailings.
