Ok. I know this may not be the place to find out any information, but I hope someone out there may know something.

I have been having major errors and can't get most newer games and the ones they like to put in for challenges to work.
I get this green screen that says unable to load images.

This happens on my home computer AND my laptop.

Is there something someone can tell me to get this taken care of?
