So, there's yet another way morons have found to entertain themselves by "driving" wrecklessly.  This is called Ghost Riding The Whip and (the way I understand it) the idea is to put your car in neutral and get out and dance around, on top of, and in the case of this nutjob, underneath it (though I don't think he intended it to happen this way....  :?:
