This one isn't working... when I enter the security "word" it says invalid
I just filled it out again and it worked for me. After you put in your information and hit submit, it takes you to the 2nd page and you put C394328 where it says lot number at the top of the page...then it asks you to put the code in the next box...in that box, but whatever code it has that is shaded in the gray area. I think you might of missed the lot number box.
I did the lot number and it took me to the page where you have to type in the word that apprears, that's where it keeps saying invalid. The word was very easy to read so I know I was doing it right. I'll try it again.
