thanks for advice I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck so will try your suggestion although when I tried lottso had no probs.
Not having any luck at all with it but thanks for all your help

It could also be your firewall. When my firewall is on, I know I have trouble connecting with the poppit show and the lottso one. You might have to modify your settings

How do I get poppit show linked to pogo doesn't seem to add any tokens :OO please
