Can you tell me when I re register the auto do I need both connection connected. Cause I want it to work with both connections. thats the only thing I could think of why it wants me to register it again when I switch from one connection to the other. cause when i register them the last time I only had the one connection abled the other one was disabled. thanks

I don't think you're lying... when it comes to computers nothing surprises me.  I've not had the problem you're describing and I even changed ISP's when I moved.  Since the registration information is stored on the computer itself, it's not like the auto has to be verified everytime you run it.  At first I thought it might be a firewall issue, but that can't be it I'm sure.  Good luck and I hope you figure out what it is.  Maybe drop a note to badgehelp and get their input?

Can't fix a problem that doesn't exist. I use my programs on several different connections and don't have a problem.

They tell me it make no different when I switch connection with my autos and I'm tell you it does. I use charter cable & linksys broadband router when I switch from my cable to my wireless connection when I registered the auto. when I was on cable & then switch to my broadband & viseversa it tell me I need to register the auto again how do I fix this. Yes this is the only computer I have so I need to fix this problem so if I want to use both connections I don't have this problem.
