Well if you shut it off it should have worked. Maybe you have something else blocking them. I can tell you if you look at the bottom of the screen you will see when it is blocking if you right click it will give the choice of always allowing popups from this site. it will refresh the page and you should be able to continue. I keep my blocker on and just allow certain sites to use popups.  Hope this helps

I was wondering if someone could give me some good advice
I am using IE7 I cannot shut my popups off , I did everything
other than throw the computer across the room.  I went to options
shut the pop up blocker off and, I can still here it blocking  I cannot  hit on a
link it will not open due to this problem
