i cant even get them to open to do anything at all with them. so redownloaded them just waiting for the pw's ughh i think they are on nap times not getting anything

A couple months ago this happened to me and it was because somehow the files had been changed to read only.  I fixed that and had no more problems.

mine have done this to me before too and it was because I ran  registry cleaner which in turn deleted all my saved pass words as well as the ones needed to run the helpers. I had to reinstall them and get my code page reset. If you ran a registry cleaner it may  be your problem.

thats what i did once i did that the free ones open and run. do u think there is a chance pogo may have shut them down. i deleted all my old ones and reinstalled them. just waiting now on new passwords "sigggghhhs" seeming to take for ever

I've never heard of that happening before. Try and reinstall one of them and see what happens. Make sure to download the latest version from the BH website
