yeah...your definitely in the queue behind thousands of emails it could be awhile before I get your email

Do me a favor send the info one more time to BH. I just spoke to them and they indicate they are all caught up so if you resend it now there's a pretty good chance you'll have your passwords in minutes

I know why I haven't received your email yet. I sent out almost 17,000 emails this morning to our members. The mail server is still catching up. Hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Yeah, they usually reply pretty quick. That's why I'm thinking there could be a email server issue.

 i sent it out from the from the page that comes on for the link with problems to get the new pw's and even sent it to oscar yesterday and he sent back a reply with in minutes

It looks like there may be an issue with the email server. Occasionally there can be problems with these servers causing long delays in email delivery.

I think this is why you haven't heard from them yet. Like I said they are usually pretty quick but a email server issue would certainly explain the long delay.
