I had to have a hysterectomy about 12 years ago, and started symptoms about 5 years ago.  They are not consistant yet, but I expect soon to be in full blown meno, then lookout.

I am 54 and just starting the menopause thing. I cant take hormones and I have one personal fan I am getting this one so I have one to carry with me. Along with my baby wipes they are great when a hot flash hits.

I think they should get more than just the information.  They should have to endure the symptoms too.
