You could try to email BH and ask them, im not sure what else you could do.

Delete the program
reboot your pc
redownload from badgehelp
make sure you save it to your desktop before opening it

I am having problems with Sneaky Tiki.

When I try to run it I get a message saying that it is not a valid Win32 application and it wont run.

I have deleted it off my computer and downloaded it again and I still have the same problem.
