I think he's a great actor.  I sure hope he beats it.  My mom passed away in 2000, from pancreatic cancer.  She stayed with us about 6 months, once she was diagnosed.  It was quite a shock and very hard to believe.  Happened so sudden.

Loved him in Ghost. Great movie. Unfortunately, pancreatic cancer is one of those with a very, very low chance of survival. Just pray that he's comfortable.

Oh i just love him in Dirty dancing & Ghost & also when he was much younger in Red dawn. I hope they can do something for him. My Prayers go out too him. good actor
