that is tooo funny.  I have a dog who goes crazy when a doorbell on TV is rung. He thinks we have a visitor.  I think the bird is an instigator!  I love it!  Who's watching the bird and doggies when you take your cruise?  I have to cut my dog's hair today.  Not looking forward to it.

Easier than washing your cat..Squid.  :)))

I almost always have my sound turned off.  The sound effects are fun at first, but they get old for me.... and noisy.  I usually have music playing or the tv on while playing and the sound effects interfere.

I have to turn the sound off when playing this.  When the dog in the game barks, it sends my Bichons into a state of frenzy.  I think Bichon is French for "not too bright"  LOL  My parrot mimicks the doorbell (and the phone) and I think she get's a kick out of making the dogs think someone's at the door.  They go crazy barking when she starts "doorbelling", and she just sits on the side of her playground watching them.

it's nothing like diner dash, highly unusual for pogo to make arcade games most of their games are card, skill or casino based. not to keen on Makeover madness, can't stand them whistle at me, as if saying hey dummy, i want this style. makes me want to literally slap a mud pack on their faces. LOL

I make my own with ground beef.  Just brown it up and use the grease (yummy I know) to make the cream sauce by adding flour and milk and salt and pepper of course.  It's fantastic.

Black pepper definitely helps make the dish. !@!

And rehydrated beef does it for ya, eh, Homer?  hehehe

Forgive me if I pass.

Don't knock it until you try it.

Actually I prefer it poured over my home fries and I use the toast for dipping.

Chipped beef on toast (or creamed chipped beef on toast) is a foodstuff comprising a creamy sauce and re-hydrated slivers of dried beef, served on toasted bread. In military slang it is commonly referred to by the dysphemism "smelly stuff On a Shingle" (SOS). Chipped beef is also often served on English muffins, biscuits, homefries, and in casseroles.

During the poverty days of my youth, mom would open a can of creamed chipped beef (was Penny the brand?), heat it up and slop it on toast.

She wasn't much of a cook, but, we were pretty poor and she did what she could.  When Swanson pot pies would go on sale for 9 cents each, she'd load the freezer.  And I remember one night she fried some ground beef, threw in a can of corn and a can of tomato sauce.  That was the most gourmet she ever got. My dad, on the other hand, was a great cook!  I learned a lot from him and my son in law LOVES coming to our house for dinner.

What, exactly, is 'chipped beef'?

Chipped beef on toast (or creamed chipped beef on toast) is a foodstuff comprising a creamy sauce and re-hydrated slivers of dried beef, served on toasted bread. In military slang it is commonly referred to by the dysphemism "Shit On a Shingle" (SOS). Chipped beef is also often served on English muffins, biscuits, homefries, and in casseroles.
