Yes it is a chocolate syrup too, that gets hard over ice cream.  It is like the shell on a ice cream drumstick that you buy.

1 Box of Chocolate Cake Mix....whatever you prefer
Chocolate Syrup
Magic Shell
Vanilla Ice Cream

Prepare Cake Mix as directed and pour into prepared large size Muffin Pans.  Bake as directed.

When done remove Cake Muffins and slice top and put on tray upside down and let cool.  With knife cut well in middle and scoop out.  Fill well with Chocolate syrup.  Place tray in freezer and let freeze.  To serve place cakes in microwave to warm, when warmed top with Ice Cream and Magic Shell.
