Well, guess Canada doesn't like pets very much, j/k Mayhem.  There has to be someplace up there that has that service.

I just need to find a place in Canada that does website orders and will ship to US

Here we have Petco, Petsmart and others. They don't seem to have those kinds of stores in Canada. :$%
