Thanks for trying to shed some light on my problem, I appreciate it. I do not have a laptop, I have a desktop Hewlett Packard Media Center with Vista with 2.40 GHz and 3070 MB Ram, it is only 7 months old.
Although I do have two computers and I have high speed internet access not dial up. But they do go through a router with mine being the main computer.
If it is the router I have no problem upgrading to another one. I have never had a problem like this with any of my programs before. Other problems because of Vista (a nightmare) but BH has changed most of the programs so they will work with Vista. They are always improving the programs for us.
I will look into the router situation more closely. My computer is very spoiled and pampered. It is my link to all of my friends on Pogo and also to all my wonderful friends here on BH.

The program doesn't work at all?

I did all of that and it is still doing it. I tried going to Windows Classic because of me having Vista...but the same thing happened. I tried a different browser, I tried changing the speed to slow and going to just normal on game level, nothing has helped or worked.
