tournament hosts have no special privs. i have a host badge just for looks never have hosted a tournament.

it has to be one of the programs listed above.

there is  a program called short keys lite its free and u download the exe version. i used to be a league admin so if u have any problems just hollar back.  i can help u with them

My suggestion would be that they are using a program called "Keyboard Express" Or KBE for short. I use it,or rather did use it when I was a game host/tech support/greeter for a download casino gamesite. What this does is it uses this tiny tool to transfer repetitive chat into the chat window.  You can view more here:

Would have thought it was the same as cut and paste anywhere else, obviously not as your asking.

Maybe find one of the league rooms and ask the host/ess as they cut and paste league information all the time in the chat box. I assumed that they had the info on a word/notepad document and pasted it into chat as and when required.
