I would be livid if that happened to me.  !@#$

In my case, I had 4 rubies but the game picked up where it had left off prior to the freeze.

You're not the only 1.  I lost 12 rubies because my bonus round froze.

The uninstall didn't work properly; the game still froze while the rubies were flowing down the chute. However, they did unstick and continue on to the bonus game though it was quite choppy and I was unable to play the bonus round because it continued to stick.

It still sticks now and is still quite choppy but I am able to play the round; sadly I can't move things around much and can't seem to get more than 80 tokens as a result.

I'm not even going to bother reporting this to Pogo/EA because you never get a response anyway.

At least I'm not the only one with this issue. :(

I have had the same thing happen to me.  It drives me nuts.  I also reinstalled a few times and that didn't help.  Let me know if you hear of anything else we can do.  Good luck!!!
