Man Arrested While Trying to Return Stolen Goods

(1010 WINS) (Oyster Bay, NY) A man who allegedly stole about two thousand dollars worth of electronics from the Oyster Bay Radio Shack store, was arrested Sunday when he tried to return the merchandise without a receipt.

Nassau County Police say employees at the store immediately recognized Vincent Festa as the man who drove off with the merchandise on December 21st.
