I think they got it fixed. I just bought two for 5.00 and it finally went through.

I did it via the roulette runner $5 route and put a message in the message box to badge help saying I was a 150 member and the other auto I wanted.

Don't know how long it took to update my 150 page but I went to bed about 12.45 and got up at 7.30 and it was there.

i had the same problem,i tried it a few times..got a letter back from badgehelp..told me to purchase roulette,then put what i wanted in message box,then send registration code..i gave up on it and just ordered dinner spinner for the 7 dollars,even though im in the 150 club..i just sent for password,so hopefully going this route will get it for me..good luck..

Still having problems getting the sale deal.  2 for $5. im a 150 member.
I put all the information in and still getting error (1002).

I email badgehelp and havent heard from them.

Any thoughts?

when you fill the expiration date out, make sure it is 4 numbers.....like 2010, not 10

Also, if it is Visa, you put V, not Visa

Help Homer,

Tried to order from BH and when I hit submit payment it says cannot purchase from store at this time.  Contact merchant error 1002. Am I having a problem or is it BH.
