Ok, I have looked and searched for all my purchases of the autos. I have found where I purchased them. What do I do now, since I don't know which (from my cc statement's) purchase is for which auto? Thanks for your help.

After having to reformat my laptop the first time I went out and bought an external drive for this very reason.

It is also time to back-up again...thanks for the reminder Homer!  canadian2.gif

Kids, this is a good thing to do even if you don't use the auto programs; the headaches of losing all of your files are monstrous compared to saving your files on an external drive. It is money well spent.

Burning your files to a cd or dvd is a cheaper alternative if you can't afford an external drive. I usually just create a folder in my email program and stash my receipts there.

This is why you should back up your pc. If you had a backup you would still have your files.

Thanks Stinkerbell, Not sure if I will be able to access my bank card one or not, but will try.

You're welcome.  My bank allows statements up to a year I think.... One thing I did was I went through PayPal records and copied  all the transaction codes into one document so I would have it handy.

I don't know how many you have all tolled, but when you have some free time you might want to do that also.

this is what I did to get rid of that nasty popup-

Turn Off resident shield in AVG, and you will find it will work again.  This came from a post on page 1 of this thread.

I don't have a PayPal. I used my Visa and/or MC.

Most credit card companies will allow you to access your statements, even older ones, online.  If yours doesn't, call them and ask them for the past statements and maybe they would be able to just give you the needed transaction code.

Ok, I'm not sure what I did, but I had to do a "Recovery" on my pc. Now, I lost all my receipts from where I paid for my autos. Now, since I did a "Recovery" I redownloaded my "backspin" and it's telling me that "My trail period has ended". Help, cause I paid for this back in December and have no proof. How can I get another password for this and my other autos that I have purchased.
