Yep!  You have to make yourself administrator to have download privileges!   :?:  Now off to the cheats!

all ya have to do is go to control pannel and choose option user accounts and family
and under your name you will see a optiom for make yourself adminstrator and thats all
you have to do and you will have no trouble downloading or doing other things on vista to
have fun cheating  :/\

You need administrator rights to download on vista

I purchased a new computer, with Vista home premium and have tried to download the cheats  that I have bought.

When I go to run or even save on my desktop (have tried both), It acts like its downloading
but when finished nothing is there. I have even tried putting into a folder.  Nothing.
am I doing something wrong?

Its not even asking if I really want to download this. like it does for everything.
