who knows, i was just going by what they did the first time i messed up they just went and reset the page , but i guess this is something new, i used to email help@badgehelp.com and now i am emialing replacecode@aol.com. i thought just something new. so if they email you the password now do we still nedd our 150 page?

hello everyone, i hope someone can help me, i have downloaded the whompster and whackster and got the passwrods and put them in and it is telling me that both of the passwords are invalid, so i emailed them and told them to reset my page and they just send me another password, they told my to put it in by hand at the register page and they did not rest me page, wonder why, now my whompdown time expired and cant get a password till they email me back, what do i do.

any suggestions

Thanks for caring and trying to help me. I did try resetting security level, it seems like nothing is working. I'll keep looking and see if I can find the problem. Have a great day.

Updated to add: I finally gave up on trying to get Whackster to work. I emailed JP and ask for her to delete it from my 150 page so that I could download and use Whompdown instead. What a difference! This auto just plain hauls  :o0. Love it and thanks again JP, you're the best. All of the people at BH are great.  tumbsup.gif

Sassy,

I was having the very same issue the other day and while I do not have Vista I did discover that it wouldn't play the words because it could not access the internet to run...I had to tweak the setting in my security program (Trend Micro) because it kept triggering an alert.

Homer,
I cannot get Whackster to work. It shows it is running and finding the words but it is not putting them in. I have Vista too and I have tried everything you have in here. Can you help me please?  :(

Yes. If you go to options and choose skip bonus round you will rank up even faster

My Whackster finds all the words *except* for the very first word on the list. After it finds all the words (minus that first one) it chooses to Take Score. Now, my question is: Will I still advance in ranks if it doesn't complete a whole round?

downloaded the screen shot thing but when I say take a screen shot nothing seems to happen
