LKPTGUY2: If you come back by this way - Was this the first auto program that you bought? If so then perhaps your email addy does not recognize the email that was sent and it is more than likely in your spam folder. Go look there cuz I know that my aol (which is the same addy as replacecode) screws me up all the time.
