Jamie Lynn Spears is no longer an unwed pregnant teen -- she's now an unwed teen mother of a baby girl, y'all!
JL walked into the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center around 4:30 A.M. this morning ... and squeezed out the 6 lb 10 oz pup just a few hours later. We're told Jamie Lynn was "extremely nervous" before the birth, and started to panic about going into labor. But our spies tell us big sister Brit, who had flown in the day before, "made a big difference" and helped a ton -- giving her advice, support and encouragement.
We also hear JL's bro Brian was on family patrol, calling everyone with the news. As for a name -- the kids didn't narrow it down til the very last second. People says lil' Spears' will be called Maddie Briann.

This'll make Britney real happy, y'all -- it turns out her mama Lynne may have told the K-Daddy about lil' Jamie Lynn's pregnancy before she told Brit-Brit! PopoD'oh!
Us reports that Lynne "mentioned" the pregnancy to Federleezy to "warn him that the media would be going crazy." But, says an Us source, Lynne "asked him as a favor not to say anything to anyone" -- until, of course, the OK! magazine piece ran.
This does not surprise any Spears family observers. "Lynne talks to him way more than she talks to Britney," says a source. Wonder if K-Fed will be dispensing any advice to young Casey Aldridge?

- December 20, 2007, 09:35:50 AMShe will have a nanny..the girl has money already. Little does she know, she just threw the best years of her life out the window. Everytime she goes somewhere without her child the media will say she's unfit and blah blah blah. It's hard raising children whether you have money or you don't. She's just a child herself and being in the media is going to be even harder for her. Her sister did wait until she was in her early twenty's, but look at what a mess she's in. She wasn't even ready for kids yet. Brit and Jamie are like 10 years apart in age, what a mess.
