It took me 3 days to get that badge, it was tough.  I did start new game before the bonus round with the Pail catching squelchies, it finally worked !!!!

got my badge yesterday using auto and clicking new game before wave 3 ended, got it on the 1st try with 3 min to spare. Thanks for all the info you guys here give in your posts........tytytytytytytytyt bbq21.gif
