I have problem with the registation part when it says -Next You Will Be Taken To A Page To Review Your Payment.  On That Page Click The Plus Sign That Reads, "Add Special Instructions For The Merchant."  In The Box That Appears There, Enter Your Registration Code, Shown Below In Red, And Then Click The "Pay Now" Button.-
I don't found the plus sign. What should i do? Where do i add my registration code?

I downloaded the PogoCheat file but i don't understand the steps. Please, if someone can help i really appreciate.
