I did not reply to any of the problem reports because none of them make sense. The screen shots did not come through on any of them.

The information included with the problem report indicates the autoplayer is working as expected (as near as anyone could tell without the screen shots.)

Since the logic for playing the game has not changed, the description of the problem makes no sense, and nobody else reports a similar problem. If the winning percentage dropped to 0% for some reason, I would hear about it from more than one person.

my biggest one was with WCS it was working fine then it started just flipping cards and not playing them or it would just play the 1st one and it acted like it didnt even recognize the others i sent a report then it started not playing @ all so i uninstalled it and reinstalled and back to the same thing it would just flip like crazy so i changed pcs hoping that it would work and i tried the trail and it worked ok but now its just waiting on how to get the paid for on this pc

i was having problems with a few autos that i had bought and sent in reports but nvr heard anything back i have since then read all the stuff on tech help and did the updates and ran the virus scans and adaware scans and finally i have changed pcs so now my question is how long does it usually take to get a answer to a question and since now i have changed pcs and sent all the info about the paypal and the id codes and such how long do i have to wait before i hear back about changing pcs i was seriously thinking about buying all the autos but if I'm having problems with only 2 that i have bought then i have to wonder if its not just a scam or maybe I'm doing something wrong here any suggestions thanks
