Baked Salmon with Spicy Mayo

1 boneless side of salmon or 4 to 6 individual fillets

3 T Olive Oil

2 T fresh lemon juice

salt and pepper

Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp dry mustard

2 T honey

Place salmon skin side down in shallow baking dish.  Combine oil/lemon juice and drizzle over fish.  Season with salt/pepper.  Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

In small bowl combine mayonnaise/cayenne/mustard/honey/  Spread generous amount over salmon.  Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.  Pass remaining sauce at table.
