I have noticed that sometimes, online video clips will be kind of choppy.  For example, the new Twilight Trailer came out tonight.  On the widget, it's smooth, clear audio, no problems.  When I go to MySpace, who has the HD version out, the audio is clear but the video choppy.  Why is that? 
Is the buffering bad due to too many viewers? Anyone?
