Follow my suggestions below and try again

Delete the program and reboot your pc

1. Make sure you have ALL windows updates
2. Run this program and fix any problems http://www.download.com/Advanced-WindowsCare-Personal/3000-2086_4-10407614.html
3. Defrag your pc

that might work if I could even get it to open, but it puts up this error immediately after asking if I want a desktop icon.  Program never opens.

I haven't used the program for awhile.  Tonight i tried it before the challenge begins and got the message:

Setup2100.Exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. 

I thought maybe the program was outdated so went to your website and downloaded a new version.   Same thing happened when I opened it.  What happened and how do I fix it?
