i just passed rank 25 and still dont have the double sixes badge..i figured this one would be like that perfect game badge in golf..i never got that one yet and i have ranked out on that game...

I usually play my game like that. I get almost all the properties every time. I don't play for 34 hours though. I rarely play more than 1 game in a row.

my personal favorite is to play with bots.  play until final two, then purchase /trade for all properties and then mortgage them all.  you can then fly around the board with the bot with no money changing hands, thus speeding up rank progress.
