I have Comcast, but windows XP. ive hears too many ppl. complaing about Vista from reading. ill bet it is your Vista that is stopping you from geting into Pogo, maybe just be something minor to fix. Gl  like disneyland said, call Comcast.  bbq21.gif

She doesn't have Vista, but I will tell her your suggestions.  Thank you both for the speedy responses.

It may have to do with the set up you have (usually does in Vista). I would contact Comcast and let them know the problem you are having with Pogo and that you did not have it before. It might be as easy as allowing pogo into their firewall but every set up is different. Good luck.

My friend just went from dial up :)) to cable.... Comcast and now she can no longer get into pogo without it crashing, can't even make changes to her mini and we all know the effects of that on a person's psyche girls18.gif.  She can get in throught the backdoors, but that's a pain.  Any suggestions would be appreciated
