So who would I write back? P who obviously knows that there is a problem or S who obviously knows there is a problem. This could be a problem. What amazes me is that they took a week to double up and answer something that is not a local one person only problem. Or maybe it is just a matter of she is schziod and so is she. Whoopie I just found another word for the D game!

FINALLY got an answer to the question I sent on the 17th. Interesting was that it said the response was by one rep but it was signed by a completely different one. Does that surprise me? Nah.

If I can help you with anything else, please write back and let know.

This would lead one to believe that there was some kind of assistance offered to begin with.

In otherwords, let that annoying popup drive you crazy until we figure out how we effed up. :)))
And it took two people and one week to explain that to me!

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Pogo.com Customer Support.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are aware that you may be getting a notification that a Premium Badge album is being gifted to you, however, you already own it. We have reported this to our development team and they are working on resolving this quickly. Please click the "No thank you. I'll open it later" button. This will allow you to close the pop up and continue on to Badge Central.

If I can help you with anything else, please write back and let know.

Sincerely,

Pogo Sxxxxxxx

Homer, Playboy is not a 'book', so you just might be out of luck :)))

He only reads it for the articles so it could be considered a book.

As I always said - the one thing you can trust about Pogo is the inconsistancy and quality control.

Just noticed how stoopid it looked for me to say one thing you can trust then give TWO examples. I guess I learned from Pogo.

I got one from someone who is not a club pogo member that I once gave a free pass to. I know for a fact they do not have the money to give out a game cuz they still come on this site to get free passes. I have been waiting since the 16th for POGO HELP to get back to me on it. Still says Unresolved but I am STILL getting the popup about a game that I paid for myself and is already long done.

As I always said - the one thing you can trust about Pogo is the inconsistancy and quality control.
