Yes, you are absolutely correct. The context of how the glitch happened can also assist BadgeHelp to make the next update. For example, Hog Heaven Slots client WHEN PIGS FLY would lockup when the random and rare jackpot spin occurred. I cut a TSR and explained what happened. New version was put out very quickly which eliminated the error.

I have sent in many TSRs on many issues with several games. I've never once heard back anything.  I presumed the point of the TSR was to assist with needed info for future updates.  I didn't expect to get any personal answers.

It literally has been years since I finished that game with Shake and Bake. However, I recall that it played MUCH MUCH better on easy skill level. Since you gets ranks by cookies played, it really does not matter what level you play.

If it does get stuck, I suggest cutting a TSR for the exact situation. Also, when I have repeated issues with particular client, I will set it up and WATCH what is happening. This can assist as much as your TSR.

I don't have vista, but when I ran the auto, I had to adjust the speed and run it slower than the default speed.  Try it to see if that will help.   destiny

When I start this program, sometimes it will work and sometimes it will not.  When I lose a game, which is 9 times out of 10 with the chest program, it will not close the cookie book, I have to do it manually otherwise it will just sit there and do nothing.  Also it will just stop in the middle of a game and let the time run out and other times, it will be playing and just click on new game all together.  I am running Vista, window resolution is what it is supposed to be, smooth edges off, no screensaver, all the stuff that I am supposed to be doing. I am running the 2.71 version.  Of note, when I had my other computer, I ran the old version and it worked fine.  I have deleted it several times and rebooted my PC and redownloaded and it has done nothing.  I have also read all the other posts about this program not working, does anyone have any help?
