What i think you read was that if you live outside of the USA then you can't claim the cash prizes in pogo itself.

Being in Canada shouldn't be a problem. I'm in New Zealand and have used my credit card to pay Badgehelp. My sister bought a couple, she used Paypal

If im right and if i remember, if you do paypal, you have to set up an account and verify a bank account. Than you need to know where to send it. After that it takes up to 2 weeks cause paypal has to recieve the money first than convert it, than send it to the site than they have to do thier thing. The best thing to use anytime international is credit cards, trust me, i will never pay for my pogo things with paypal again, unless im willing to wait 2 weeks.

I'M from quebec  Canada  i read  somewhere  that  we people  of canada  cant  buy  those  little  programms. My question  or  my  comment  is why not is  my  money not  good enough?
