It is likely a reboot issue. I always do the other things you suggested and they normally work. I will reboot at some point and try it. tumbsup.gif

Joe,

There are some autos on Vista that need to be installed using the right click Run As Admin feature like Homer said.  I was having fits when I first got Vista and ran into this problem.

Also, don't forget to reboot after deleting the old program. If you don't reboot some of the old files may still be there

Joe I just tried it on my Vista pc and it is working fine for me. This is what I did.

1. Save the installation file to desktop
2. Right click run as admin
3. Complete installation
4. Open swashbucks
5. Reset auto

BUCKANEER for Swashbucks is not working at all in VISTA. It gives Error 25/Download new version. If you download the "new" version, it really is the old version and gives you the same error.
