I can tell you why....because you always register with an email addy of 107.

And I send you tons of emails to this address.....and then you'll start emailing me with your [work] address and then it usually takes me a few times to put 2 + 2 together.

Another classic case of "WHY DON'T I GET MY PASSWORDS!?!?!?!?!" complaint.

People, if you are going to register with one email address, here's a good idea, email me with that same address. I don't know who the heck you are when you play Ringling Brothers Circus on me with the email addresses.

The programers are very busy updating the produtes and they have to sleep to.  When you email them they will get to them as soon as they have time.

let me start out by saying you guys are the best and thanks for all your support and products

i have just 1 question when i buy a program i always download it first then i go to purchase the program and i put all mt info in and the sale goes through now after the sale is complete why is it so hard to get password for product purchased? i email the team i i always supply my game code and the receipt number on pay pay but it takes sometimes 5 email to get it and I'm always asked to supply same info that i sent in original email to get the password is their an easer way i don't know about please let me know if their is
