You get the badge when you hit rank 33 becasue i just got it.

If i remember right you get it before each designated badge rank. And i know after you reach the last rank, you will see that you have to get 50 more stamps. You do not need to get those 50 cause after you get those 50 you have another passport to fill. I'm thinking its continuos and once you get the final badge theres no need to go any further unless you like playing the game.

Hi I waswondering do you get the badge for level 32 after you complete 31? or do you get it after you complete 32??  I always thought you get it before. Any help would be great.
