When you downloaded the bot if you clicked "run" instead of "save" then the bot would be located in the temporary internet folder which isn't very easy to access manually.

So here are the steps you should take if you are having the same problem

If you clicked "save"
1) Delete the bot from the directory you saved it to.
2) Then reboot your computer and download the bot from badgehelp again and it should work perfectly

If you clicked "run"
1) Go to my computer
2) Right click on the c: drive
3) Go to options
4) Then click "disk clean up"
5) Your computer will then search for files to clean up
5) Then from the list given to you make sure you check the box next to "temporary internet flies"
6) Click ok and wait until all these files are cleaned up (this may take a while)
7) Then reboot your computer and download the bot from badgehelp again and it should work perfectly

(If you clicked both "save" and "run" then follow both procedures before rebooting your computer)

Actually, I think it means your program didn't download correctly.  You need to delete it reboot and then turn off your a/v and redownload and install and then turn on your a/v

Sounds like something to do with the Windows 32bit settings. Go here for the settings to use autos with Vista:
