I created a yahoo email and email it to you Bob... :)

I received the two emails, and I replied to your yahoo email address. You need to include the registration codes with the proof of payment when you email it to Oscar.

I did that and send it to you Bob.... ???

No Harley, you did not. You sent me a receipt number. As I explained above, you need to send the entire proof of purchase, and you need to send it to BadgeHelp@aol.com

If you think your emails to Oscar are not getting through, you can forward them to me from a yahoo account and I can try to track down the case. However, your emails are getting through. You are simply not providing proof of purchase in the emails.

QuotePlease sign up for a free yahoo email address. Due to AOL's aggressive and belligerent stance toward other internet service providers, I am unable to respond to AOL email addresses. Oscar can respond to AOL addresses from his AOL address: BadgeHelp@aol.com

Harley,

Please sign up for a free yahoo email address. Due to AOL's aggressive and belligerent stance toward other internet service providers, I am unable to respond to AOL email addresses. Oscar can respond to AOL addresses from his AOL address: BadgeHelp@aol.com

Homer is correct. BadgeHelp.com does not accept receipt numbers or transaction numbers as proof of payment. You must send the whole proof of payment. After you get the Details page in paypal's transaction history to appear using Homer's instruction, you can use Edit->Select All and Edit->Copy to copy the proof of purchase to the clipboard. From there, you can paste it into the email to Oscar.

1. Log into paypal
2. Click on the History tab
3. Where it says Show click on the arrow and select Payments Sent
4. Now you must search for your transaction. Enter a date range and click the Search button.
5. All your purchases for that date range will now appear. Locate the ones for your autos and click on the Details button.
6. Copy and paste the entire page into an email to badgehelp along with the new codes from the games you should have downloaded already. Make sure to send both receipts and codes.
