go to a place like   http://photobucket.com  sign up then upload your pictures....then when you post it you need the web address (URL) which would probably be something like http://photobucket.com/yourname/picofme.jpg   thats just an example...you do this in your profile here at pogo cheats i think it is under Forum Profile Information ....just put the url in and waalaa theres your picture.
