24-bit should be fine. It has the same color depth as 32-bit because 32-bit ignores 8 of the bits. The thing I notice is 24-bit is usually described as True Color and 16-bit as High.

24-bit High seems like a contradiction to me.

QuoteCant do 32 Bit..Can only go up to 16 or 24 bit.

That could be the problem right there. Email Joe@badgehelp.com with a screenshot of your game window.

Make sure you send it in .bmp format.

Here is what I have:

Windows xp, internet explorer, 32 bit, 1280 x 1024, sun java.

When I press start the auto starts by moving all the pieces to the one corner, I then left it for just over 6 minutes and when i pressed escape nothing had changed.
The other version used to look like nothing was happening but when I pressed escape the screen would catch up within a couple of minutes, I thought this was the case with the new version but like I say nothing had happened.

Homerbot says:

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 200, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better

Hi all,

I'm having problems with the new version, the old one worked fine but now I have left it running for over 10 minutes and it looks like its doing something because the mouse keeps flashing across the screen but when I press escape to stop the auto, the pieces are free for me to move and haven't gone anywhere other than the corner where the auto moves them to to begin with.

Anyone any suggestions please   ???
