No. It isn't spinning the reels. The whole game window just flashes constantly.

Your board piece doesn't move unless you get 2 dice to appear in the reels

Is the program playing the lots game and spinning the reels?

This may sound stupid but, what exactly are you supposed to see on your screen while running Boardwalker? I have all the recommended settings for Windows Vista, but when I am running Boardwalker the Monopoly Slots screen continually flashes, my mouse cursor goes nuts, while Boardwalker says "playing". How do I know it IS actually playing for me? My score doesn't go up or down and no monopoly pieces are moving. While running boardwalker I can't do anything else with my computer? I'm sorry if I sound like an idiot. I'm just trying to figure this program works. So, any hints, tips, or suggestions you can give I would appreciate!

Thanks!
